1. Purpose of the software

SYSLIA is a digital visualisation and organisation tool for representing systemic constellations. The software is intended for knowledgeable users from coaching, consulting, supervision, training and related professional contexts. SYSLIA does not replace medical diagnosis, psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment, or legal or other professional specialist advice. This software is not classified as a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).

2. Website and application content

The content of this website and the SYSLIA application is compiled with the greatest possible care. However, no guarantee is given for its accuracy, completeness or currency. The provider is responsible for its own content in accordance with applicable law. There is no general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party content; upon becoming aware of unlawful content, it will be removed or blocked in accordance with legal requirements.

3. Liability for the software

Use of SYSLIA is at the user's own risk. The provider is liable only in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for damages is excluded unless life, body or health is injured, or intent or gross negligence is involved. In the event of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the type of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

4. No liability for professional use by users

The provider solely makes the software available. It accepts no responsibility for the professional, therapeutic, psychological or other substantive use of SYSLIA by users. In particular, the provider is not liable for how coaches, therapists, consultants or trainers use, interpret or document SYSLIA in their work with clients. Responsibility for content, methodological decisions and compliance with professional, data protection and other statutory requirements lies exclusively with the users.

5. Data storage and data loss

Boards and constellations may be stored locally in the browser or in other user-side storage mechanisms. The provider accepts no liability for data loss arising from browser updates, device changes, cache deletion, local storage errors or other events on the user's side, unless the loss is due to the provider's intent or gross negligence. Users are recommended to create regular exports and backups.

6. Availability and technical interruptions

The provider endeavours to ensure high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free accessibility. Maintenance work, technical faults, third-party outages or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. The provider is liable for resulting damages only within the limits of statutory provisions.

7. Links to external websites

This website and the application may contain links to external third-party websites. The provider has no influence over their content and accepts no liability for them. Unlawful content was not identifiable at the time of linking. Upon becoming aware of specific legal violations, the relevant links will be removed.

8. Copyright and trademarks

Content and works created by the provider on this website are subject to copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any other exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law require the prior consent of the rights holder. SYSLIA, the SYSLIA logo and related marks are trademarks of the provider; their unauthorised use is prohibited.
