About the Founder

Who is behind SYSLIA?

SYSLIA is not a startup product built from scratch for investors – it's a tool I developed for my own practice. As a practitioner of systemic constellations, I had long been looking for a way to bring spatial constellation work into online coaching. No existing tool met my standards, so I built SYSLIA myself.

I am a trained coach, supervisor and organisational developer with a Master's degree and over 15 years of experience working with executives, teams and organisations. I use SYSLIA daily in my own consulting practice – and that makes all the difference.

  • Coach, Supervisor & Organisational Developer (M.A.)
  • DGSv Member – German Society for Supervision & Coaching
  • 15+ years of experience in coaching & supervision
  • 300+ executives, managers and teams accompanied
  • Systemic constellation work – online & in person
  • Owner & developer of SYSLIA

"For me, coaching means setting thinking and action in motion – clearly, structurally and humanly."

SYSLIA in my practice

Why I built SYSLIA myself

When the pandemic made in-person work impossible, I faced a clear question: how do I bring the spatial impact of a constellation into the virtual space?

No existing tool could do this – so I built SYSLIA. A 3D system board that enables spatial constellation work directly in the browser, without installation, without borders.

Today I use SYSLIA daily – for leadership coaching, team supervision and individual constellations. As both developer and practitioner, I am the first and most critical tester of the tool.

What SYSLIA can do

  • ✦Position 3D figures freely in space
  • ✦Real-time collaboration – coach & client see the same board
  • ✦Runs in the browser – no installation needed
  • ✦Save boards & export as image
  • ✦Desktop app for Windows & macOS
