30-day goodwill refund
If you are not satisfied with SYSLIA, we will refund the full amount within the first 30 days of your first payment – no questions asked. Simply write to kontakt@mdo-beratung.de.
Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services in connection with digital content if the provider has begun performance after the consumer has
- expressly consented to the provider beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
When subscribing to SYSLIA, you will be asked for this express confirmation in the checkout (tick-box). After the contract is concluded, you will receive a confirmation email as a durable medium within the meaning of § 312f(2) BGB, documenting your consent and the loss of the right of withdrawal. Where both conditions are met, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of use.
Our 30-day goodwill refund (see above) continues to apply regardless.

Subscription cancellation
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is provided for remaining days in the current period – except under the 30-day goodwill refund or statutory withdrawal.
