Important information on term, payment and renewal:
Figure sets are add-on subscriptions and can only be booked and used from the Standard plan upward – they require an active SYSLIA main subscription. The free plan includes the standard figure set.
- Term & automatic renewal: You purchase this set as an annual subscription (24,00 €/year). It renews automatically for a further year each time unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.
- Consequences of cancellation or failed payment: If a set subscription ends through cancellation, or a renewal payment cannot be collected successfully on the due date, the set switches to restricted read-only mode immediately at the end of the paid period or from the due date. From then on the figures can no longer be moved, edited or re-arranged until the subscription is active again.
- Linked to the main subscription (fair-play guarantee): Purchase and active use require a valid SYSLIA main subscription from the Standard plan upward (add-on sets cannot be booked on the free plan). If you cancel your main subscription, all set subscriptions are automatically ended at the end of their respective terms.
- Your data stays safe (read-only): If a subscription ends or a payment fails, figures already placed in saved constellations remain fully visible, so your documentation stays intact.
- Personal licence: Licences are strictly tied to your user account and cannot be transferred, in whole or in part.
