SYSLIA is the digital constellation board for supervision, coaching and therapy. In 30 seconds the video shows how a systemic constellation online comes about: with 3D figures, ego view and live session, in your browser and from anywhere.
The example is a decision constellation (“Should I take over the team lead role?”). You can play through the constellation from the video yourself in the app as a guided tour. The steps from the video – select a figure, “Perspective”, “Overview” – use the same buttons that are available to you.
You place figures for people, roles or topics on a digital 3D constellation board, rotate them, change closeness, distance and line of sight, and record the process as a constellation. SYSLIA runs in the browser on computer, tablet and smartphone; for shared sessions there is the live session (depending on the plan), in which clients follow the constellation in real time.
The ego view shows the constellation from the point of view of a figure. This makes it possible to see how a position in the system sees the others and how close or distant they appear. You switch it on with the “Perspective” button and off again with “Overview”.
